We want you to feel great about your experience with LegsUpFlow. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in its original condition.
• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@legsupflow.com with your order details and reason for the return. We'll respond with next steps and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note:

• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
